For those who just don't have "IT" in them.

The only people who experience no resistance are the unambitious and the dead. If you feel no resistance in your life, you need greater goals or you need to check your pulse. Life and movement come with resistance. Don’t be discouraged by it, be strengthened by it.

This post will be short, sweet, and straight to the point. For those who don't know, the "It factor" is something that can place you over the top. When in a competition, the it factor is what separates the number ones from the number twos.

Dealing with people in their growing phases is no easy process. Often times we can find ourselves investing a lot of time and wisdom into people who just won't ever change. Be cautious when dealing with situations like that. Not saying leave them out to dry, but you can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped.

Some people don't have it in them simply because they were never put in the position to. Although that is ok in times because not everyone wants to be in the position where the it factor has to come out at times. Socially and financially, people are cut from different cloths. Some people weren't born with it in them because they never had to get up and go get. Me for instance, if I wanted something I had to make something happen for myself.

I’ve worked full-time since I was 16 years old. It had to be in me, or else I wouldn't have anything going for myself. Some people never had to work a job during their teenage years and that's not a problem either. When you're cut from a cloth similar to mine, a different type of fire burns inside you. That is what I call the difference, the "It Factor".

Don't put pressure on somebody to be who YOU want them to be. That's not fair to them at all. Motivation can help promote change, but people change when they want to. I'm not faulting anyone who lacks that it factor to do better, but it starts and ends with self.
